A cutaway model of a Jacksonville front yard: the lawn with colored marking flags over the buried lines, the brick crawl-space foundation of the house, the drive and the street

It starts with a wet spot in the yard.

A wet patch that will not dry, a sudden drop in water pressure or an unusually high water bill are common signs of a problem in a buried line. Before anyone digs, every line gets marked in its own color.

  • Blue drinking water
  • Green sewer and drains
  • Yellow gas
  • Orange phone, cable and internet
  • Red electric power
  • White where the digging will be

Blue and green are ours: the water line in from the street, and the sewer line out to the main.

Low over a front lawn: marking flags in blue, green, yellow, orange and red over painted lines, a white-lined dig box and a dark wet patch in the grass

We look underground before anyone digs.

Utility work covers the underground water and sewer lines that connect your home to the main supply and waste systems. Onslow County’s sandy soil shifts with rain, which can pull joints apart and let pipes settle, so slow leaks go unnoticed until the damage is serious.

We find out what is actually happening underground before any work begins.

Plumbing, from the street to the fixture.

Leaks, running toilets, failing water heaters and low pressure. New fixtures and full rough-ins. Drains that keep clogging, and the calls that cannot wait. We are a licensed North Carolina plumbing contractor, and we find the cause before we recommend the fix.

When water gets in, we get it out.

We remove standing water from living areas, crawl spaces and utility rooms, dry the structure and deal with the mold. Our owner is a licensed plumber and a licensed Mold Remediation Contractor, so the leak and the damage are handled by one crew, and we work directly with your insurance adjuster.

Had a plumbing issue that ended up causing water damage. Integrity Plumbing & Utilities showed up quickly, fixed the plumbing problem, and handled the mitigation so I didn’t have to coordinate multiple companies. Great communication, fair pricing, and the crew was respectful of my home. Highly recommend them if you need a plumber in Jacksonville, NC.

Then the ground goes back.

The same crew clears, cleans and seeds the land around you. Storm debris is hauled away, overgrown lots are cleared, steep slopes are mowed and bare ground is hydroseeded so the soil stays where it belongs. Pressure washing and soft washing take care of the drive, the deck and the siding.
